Taking a holistic approach, we identify how emotional and physical health may influence behaviour, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of your dog’s needs. 🐾 🦴 What We Assess 🐶 Behaviour patterns and emotional responses 🍽️ Diet and nutritional impact on wellbeing 🏃‍♂️ Movement, sleep, play, and routines Everything is connected, which is why a thorough assessment is key to understanding your dog’s challenges. 🌱 🔃 This standalone package is ideal for owners seeking an assessment without behavioural advice—perfect for those working with another trainer or if their dog is difficult to physically examine. What’s Included: 🔎 Deep Dive Consultation – A 90-minute Zoom session exploring lifestyle, triggers, and influences 📷 Data Gathering – Owners submit photos and videos of daily activities for analysis within 2 weeks of Deep Dive consultation. 📑 Evidence Review – A detailed 48-hour analysis of behaviour, movement, and environmental factors 🩺 Veterinary Report & Liaison – Findings shared with your dog’s vet to support diagnosis and intervention 📞 Findings Discussion – A 20-30 minute follow-up call to explain key insights 🛠️ If recommended following another service we offer, an initial behavioural plan will be provided to support your dog during assessment, setting the groundwork for behavioural modification 💡 If you are working with another professional, they are welcome to participate in the consultation—just provide their contact details 🚨 This standalone assessment does not include behavioural advice or follow-up support beyond the first aid behavioural plan.🐾✨

Cancellation Policy

Duration of the agreement: The Dynamic Dog Assessment programme is a four-week programme (“assessment period”) which is deemed to commence on the date that the Zoom/Teams appointment (90 mins) is completed. Extension to this agreement is at the sole discretion of Sharon Alton and will only be granted in the case of exceptional circumstances. Submission of video footage and photographic images: After the Zoom/Teams appointment (90 mins) you will be provided with a filming guide. Providing in more detail the best way to capture your dog on film. All video clips and photographic images must be submitted in accordance with the filming guide within 14 days of the start of the zoom appointment. Failure to do so may result in the assessment not being completed within the assessment period. Extensions to the assessment period may be granted, but this is at the discretion of Sharon Alton and may incur further charges. Quality of video footage and photographic images: It is important that the images and video footage are of a sufficient high standard for them to be easily analysed by Sharon Alton. If a piece of footage or image is not up to this standard, you will be requested to re submit it. All Re-submissions should be made as soon as possible, but in any event within 72hrs unless in exceptional circumstances e.g. extreme weather conditions. WhatsApp Submissions You are requested to use WhatsApp to submit your photographs and videos to Sharon Alton. You should use this to submit your photos once you’ve taken them to avoid sending Sharon Alton everything all at once. Should you have any questions about the assessment process, filming, or your dog during the assessment period – please use this channel to do so. Cancellations/Refunds No refunds will be provided within 48 hours of the first initial consultation date or if advice has been provided. Sessions cancelled prior to 7 days before initial consultation may be subject to an admin fee dependent on provider fees (£20). If you cannot make an appointment please give at least 48 hours notice to allow the session to be rearranged. If you do not attend an appointment without notice rebooking is at the discretion of the provider. It is the clients responsibility to provide all the requested information and footage within the 2 week time frame. All other PPD terms and conditions apply
